About Flipside BBQ

Flipside BBQ is Rez Hizon's food truck in Edmonton, serving Filipino flavourites with a gourmet twist. Rez is a 2010 graduate of NAIT's Culinary Arts program.

At KDays 2025, Flipside BBQ won the savoury award and the people's choice award. In 2026 the truck had a booth at Taste of Edmonton, with dishes like Flipside Bao, Flipdope Tots and an Ube Mango Roll.
